The Venture DAO on DAOSquare Incubator is merely an on-chain operation and management tool, not a legal entity. As a venture organization, you need to understand the regulations of the jurisdiction where your venture capital institution is located and register a legal entity for your venture capital institution that complies with local regulations.
In the venture capital space, the mainstream legal entities include: General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Company, SPV, and others. See A brief talk on Venture Capital #2: Common Legal entity of Venture Capital for detailed introductions to these entities. Additionally, some jurisdictions are conducting pioneering experiments to support on-chain organizations (such as DAOs), like the DUNA in the United States. For more details on DUNA, see The DUNA: An Oasis For DAOs. DAOSquare Incubator will keep a close eye on and share updates and progress on the legal entities for on-chain organizations in various jurisdictions.
